As a boutique treatment center, our IOP offers
A safe place for compassionate, individualized and evidence based treatment for 3 hours per day, 3-4 days per week.
Our multi-disciplinary team works in close collaboration with our clients, their families and our local professional community. Together, we create a nurturing environment where one can safely explore behaviors, identify needs, and develop coping skills alongside emotional resilience. Our program combines individual nutritional and psychotherapy sessions with group therapy sessions that are clinically proven to reduce eating disorder behaviors and symptoms.
